Well done KK! You deserve it. Perhaps you could use your growing influence to push Substack to change its business model. I added a note about this recently which was positively received but not widely shared. See below:
My issue is that whilst I pay to subscribe to you and a couple of other publications I simply can’t afford to subscribe to all the writers that I’d like to. This is the one area where Substack falls behind the legacy media. If I buy a paper publication such as The Sunday Times or The Spectator I can read the work of a host of different writers, with Substack I can not. We need to be able to buy articles individually, even if it’s just for a few pennies. The writers would still get their cut and possibly gain some new subscribers in the process. It would also be of huge benefit to new writers who do not have an established readership.
So grateful I discovered your work KK! I'm your biggest fan, as a former USSR citizen I relate the most to your content out of all podcasts or sub stackers. Your level of intellect is a rare gem these days! Thank you for all your work!
First saw you at the (I think it was called) The Oxford Debate, and what got my attention was that a *comedian* was one of the debaters! Not a usual fit. But you were spot on in the mention of climate change that people in other parts of the world who don't have the niceties that many of us have just might want it for *their* kids, too. You were very eloquent, and I was hooked.
Thank you so much for your work and for sharing your thoughts with us Kostia . you are a much needed , eloquent voice of reason and common sense that is lacking these days. I like the way you present them with great humour - I can completely relate to much of what you say as I too grew up in Russia till the age of 11 .
Keep up your good work ; looking forward to reading your next article
As for "selling out" sometimes it's just that, often it's a different perspective at the top, with a massive trade off, which the people "below" dont see... Or can't.
You'll have no judgement from me, only encouragement and understanding.
Please don't play music as a background while you are speaking. It is confusing and annoying, and sometimes the music is gay while your topic is anything but.
Well done and thank you for putting your head above the parapet. It’s been interesting to follow the journey over the last few years, learning and laughing as we go forward into a less and less certain future.

Well earned my man, well earned.

Thanks for all your work.
See you in March.
It’s great to see you looking rested.

Well earned Konstantin you represent a great voice of reason with just the right level of irreverence for the fools on both the right and left.
Thank you! Please stay as you are.:)

You earned it, KK.
You're welcome, keep up the great work.
Konstantin the voice of reason!
Congrats KK, keep up the good work. I don't always agree with you but I support your right to say it.
Nice to see you rather chuffed! Keep at it!
