I’ve been holding off on this announcement for some time but with my book, An Immigrant’s Love Letter to the West, now out of the way, I am incredibly excited to launch this Substack. If you’ve followed my work for a while, you will know that I used to frequently write about social, cultural and political events and trends for major publications in the UK and the US. Despite the great pleasure of writing for the Daily Telegraph, the Spectator, Quillette, Standpoint, Tablet Magazine and others, the media environment is such that everything you write must be topical. You can only write about the thing that is happening right now. And only after it has happened.
It's truly wonderful to see so many reasonable, thoughtful, intelligent commentators finding success. I watched an episode of Triggernometry a couple of years back expecting it to be a rage-bait edgelord style show, and was pleasantly surprised to find that you and Francis have fantastic listening skills and are able to engage with your guests in such a pleasant manner, even when you obviously disagree with their take.
I'm quite excited to see that you've joined substack, and I look forward to seeing more of your writings. Thank you!
Triggernometry: Raw is a fave of mine, one episode I heard KK say "companies are putting LGBTQ+ on everything these days, I wouldn't be surprised if I picked up a cereal box called Sweet Homosexuals" hahahaha

Very exciting. I'm a great fan of Trigger and am a Locals supporter there too. I am not exaggerating when I say it literally kept me sane through the worst of the mainstream media-induced lockdown panic. Interested to see what you come up with here. Can't wait for the book either....as a fellow immigrant also in love with the West!
