When I agreed, I discovered that he already had the narrative, he just wanted to make Elon (and me) look bad.

That was interesting. It was quite clear that he had an agenda or narrative and was hoping to cherry pick snippets from you to write a disparaging article. We know, MSM has a hardon for him right now, after his conversation with Trump. The reporter stumbled over words because he knew that saying them would force his hand. He was disingenuous and prevaricating. I can't imagine what it would be like to have to interact with them as often as you might.
