It often seems that modern democracies naturally favor the rise of egoistic personalities — those most driven by self-promotion, dominance, and manipulation of public image — rather than genuinely public-spirited individuals. As a result, the proportion of narcissists and opportunists among elected officials appears far higher than in the general population.

Do you think this is an unavoidable feature of democratic competition — that the system itself rewards egoism — or could it be mitigated by alternative models, like sortition, where representatives are chosen by lottery rather than election? Would such a system produce leaders with more authentic social responsibility?

Konstantin in your interview with that conservative author the wrote the anti-immigration book, you said that the only reason ice protested protested was because they lacked meaning in their lives otherwise adn were chasing a low effort form of meaning. Why cant they do both? Do you think Alex Pretti's life didnt have meaning and effort as a nurse taking care of veterans? (protester that was shot)

Why does it seem like you have no respect for this American tradition thats enshrined in our constitution?

Unfortunately I can't attend the live question time. However, if I was going to I would ask about the state of debate? We wanted the left to engage in debate but now that they do they make it a dogs breakfast like they did with gender. There must be a way to guide the young, left and right, to engage in meaningful debates that isn't about destroying your opponent but to gain understanding and truth. The thing

about the left, they think we are lying so they don't have to take the debate serious. However I asked a Destiny supporter, "Yes you may believe that I am lying but it is still a serious lie to tell and you should still take it seriously. If I am lying then the debate is not to expose my lies but to find out why I am lying. Understanding helps you to find the best way to solve the problem, whether that problem is the lie, people believing in a lie, or the precieved lie is actually the truth."

The one thing that could save free speech is being destoryed. How can we save and concerve debate?

You can submit guest suggestions to Triggernometry substack with @Triggernometry for them to see it, or by email to triggernometrypod@gmail.com

Who the guest would be, why do you want them on and their work….

KK reads Pete North’s posts, while he writes well, he is so autistically arsey about his opinion it makes him a “bit” difficult… I myself have submitted him a while ago as a recommendation.

I answered here because KK doesn’t usually book his stuff, there’s a reason they have a team, mostly because they like to have time to breathe… we are a long time and way off Locals Trigg, thanks for your support for them!

cheers Marko, yes i do get a bit dissapointed with Pete North , you describe him exactly.

It one thing to say "a party should do x y and z or not be taken seriously", but i mean there isnt exactly a que of candidates with A) a following, B) personal wealth to weather the storm and C) the interests of the country first, yes it all may be tough and im sure reform or restore mp's and members are trying their best with what knowledge and skills they have. Maybe he is right and it will take till the mid or late 2030's to get a reliable "right" that the old media wont contstantly smear just for pointingout facts.

He has made sense with me in pointing out that you cant just scrap quangos and other legislation as a lot of it was there for good reason, but its like being a manager in a factory with slack staff, if you make the point to two or three staff the other 30 will up their game. Not sure how this transfers to running a govt. we will see., but the far left/islamic block will be organised.

We share some common friends, he and I, and did communicate, precisely- he can write a policy and untangle it to potential consequences and requirements… but he can’t bear anything not written down analy to the detail…

I called him a cat last time, because he wants everyone to tell him he is right, so he can then be not interested in them as it’s beneath him…

You can just do things, and deal with the fallout, you actually can.

But he can’t countenance it because it flares up his ass…autism.

As for politics and government… I used to work for the government… at this point I do think most of it needs to be nuked and rebuilt. - but for everything we need to do, we need a lot of competent people. And you can’t do that with a small government. Unless you intend to license private organisations to conduct enforcement on the govt behalf - they still need to get paid though. And we suck in this, historically.

Police, immigration officers, all sorts of enforcement officers, will need ti be under govt. But it needs to be competent and it needs to give the people the opportunity to have a great career, so they give a f…
